Once your excursion reservation is confirmed, you will receive all relevant information via WhatsApp, including your ticket, meeting points, schedules, and any special instructions for your activity. To maintain fairness and organization, any modifications or cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled activity. In the case of medical reasons preventing participation, a signed certificate from a Hospital will be accepted until 19:00 the day before your Tour. This ensures that our team can provide the best service while accommodating unforeseen circumstances.

We also provide car, motorcycle, and bicycle rentals, which can be booked either via WhatsApp or by email at Markus@blueactivesport.com. For these services, our team will confirm availability, provide all rental details, and give guidance to ensure a smooth experience.
